The beautiful and rather ultra-novel case design
Chickering grand piano shown herewith was made
especially for the President Hoover steamer of the
Dollar Line touching Pacific ports and the orient

President Hoover was built entirely in America, is
its owners' boast, and entirely of American products
throughout, built at Newport News, Va., and sailed
recently on her maiden trip to the Philippine Islands.
It is the regular liner between New York and Manila.
It will be of especial interest to readers of Presto-
ship. The case is made of Macassar, Marra and satin-
wood in combination with walnut.
The sale of these two instruments for the two
steamers, named the President Hoover and the Presi-
dent Coolidge, was made by the May company of
Los Angeles, Calif., representative in that section of
the Chickering piano.
