GROUP PIANO CLASS REHEARSAL
A large gathering of group instruction pupils at-
tended a rehearsal a few days ago in Kimball Hall,
Chicago, which was held under the supervision of
Dr. J. Lewis Browne, supervisor of the music depart-
ment of the Chicago public schools, assisted by Mrs.
Lillian Willoughhy, supervisor of class piano instruc-
tion in the Chicago public schools. A photographic
view illustrating this meeting was given in the Chi-
cago daily papers, which, of course, gave wide pub-
licity to public school piano class teaching.
