The Visuola Corporation, New York, formally
moved on Monday, April 4, into their new studios at
689 Fifth avenue (the new Aeolian Hall). These are
located on the tenth floor and have been specially
arranged for demonstration and teaching purposes.
On April 1 special demonstrations of the Visuola for
teachers in the metropolitan district were held in
the morning and in the evening at the Little Salon
in the new Aeolian Hall.
During the past week, it is announced, the fol-
lowing studios have adopted the Visuola for teaching
piano: National Institute of Musical Art, Ridge-
wood, N. J.; The Diller-Quaile School of Music.
New York; Englewood Conservatory of Music, En-
glewood, N. J.; Christian Schiott, famous Norwegian
musician, studios at Stein way Hall, New York; The
Studios of Louis Stillman, 148 West 72nd street, New
York; Katharine L. Reynolds, 6 West 77th street, and
others.

At the Wilkes-Barre Business College assembly
last week the speaker was Glenmore Snyder, of the
Snyder Music Co. Mr. Snyder has developed a
number of interesting themes, or talks, on music
which were demonstrated in an admirable manner.
It was the third time for him to delight the school
assembly.
Mr. Snyder presented "Tunes for Two," the new
Ampico Duet Recordings by which one may play a
duet with Mme. Sturkow Ryder. A practical dem-
onstration was made by Miss Mildred Snyder, taking
piano parts, accompaniments being played by the
Ampico from recordings by Mme. Sturkow-Ryder.
Using the Ampico as accompanist a delightful pro-
gram was given by Miss Nora Law of Snyder Music
Co., Miss Mildred Davis of Parsons, a pupil of Ter-
rence Tracv, and Miss Mildred Snvder.

C. M. Haines, owner and operator of the Haines
Music Company, Greenville, Tex., has sold his busi-
ness to Dallas interests, who will continue to operate
the store in its present stand. Mr. Haines, who has
been conducting the business in Greenville for a
number of years, has left Greenville for Little Rock,
Ark , where he will represent the LaSalle Extension
University.
