EASTERN ASSOCIATION MEETS
Big Organization of Men in Three States Gather for
Monthly Talk in New York.
The October meeting of Talking Machine and
Radio Men, Inc., the association of the trade of New
York, New Jersey and Connecticut was held on
Wednesday of this week at the Cafe Boulevard,
Broadway and 41st Street, New York, where there
was an exhibition by the Argus Radio Corporation,
of its power electric radio and a discussion of the
trade policies of the company.
There also was an exhibition of cabinets by the
Columbia Mantel Company, as well as other attrac-
tions of much interest to the allied trades.
"Won't you please make it your business to invite
your competitors to come to our next meeting, as
our guests, so that they can see what we are trying to
do for the good of the trade, and having seen, I
know that they will have a desire to come in with
us," wrote Irwin Kurtz, president, to members.

The Ampico Corporation, New York, announces
the special release of the following hits:
The Kinky Kids Parade, a unique recording sim-
ilar in appeal to the "Parade of the Wooden Sol-
diers"; Brown Eyes—Why Are You Blue?—a melodic
fox trot being featured everywhere; Cecilia, destined
to be the real sensation of the season; Nobody but
Fanny, a real Jolson number of the snappy type,
now being featured in the production "Big Boy";
Dear Little Home of My Dreams, ballad, another
Ernest R. Ball success. These recordings will be
listed in the November bulletin and will be included
in all contract orders.

lon Township high school, East St. Louis, 111., is a
