(WAY! Old ideas—old prejudices! Away with any belief that the Grand type
of instrument is not adapted to satisfactory playing by foot pedals! The
Grand piano, long mute to all except those able to play by hand, or to
electrical control, now reveals its beauties of tone, touch and personal control to
the multitudes, through the new Gulbransen Registering Grand*
After witnessing attempted player Grand development for years, the trade had
come to this conclusion: "If anyone can build a 'player* Grand with the right pedal
'feel' Gulbransen can do it." And Gulbransen has done it!
The skill and experience which years ago gave the Gulbransen leadership in the
upright "player" field, have developed a Grand thoroughly satisfactory in perform-
ance, enhanced by a beautiful Grand tone.

where they join, they are anchored to a metal

nose-bolts through the piano plate hold it
firmly in position.
