At a recent meeting of the stockholders of C. J.
Ileppe & Son, Philadelphia, E. J. Heppe was elected
president and treasurer. Others elected were R.
Frank Lehman, vice-president; George W. Witney,
secretary and assistant treasurer. The board of direc-
tors is composed of the officers named and M. F.
McDowell Heppe and Marcellus Heppe.

OPENS BRANCH IN KENTUCKY.
A. C. Summers & Son, Jackson, O., has opened the
Summers Music Store in Ashland, O. Carl Summers
leased the store and attended to the organization of
the new branch. The business of the company has
grown steadily since the first store was established
in Jackson. There are now six branches, five in Ohio
and one in Kentucky.
NEW PITTSFIELD STORE.
The Pierce Music Co. is a new store opened re-
cently at 254 Worthington street, Pittsfield, Mass.
F. W. Edwards, vice-president of the company and
also vice-president of the Berkshire Music Co., is
manager. The store handles pianos, players, repro-
ducing pianos, phonographs and records.
