Reorganized Productive Methods and
Increased Output in All Lines.
The Small Grand has become the popular ideal for
the home. There is a grace of line, a response of
action, and a freedom of tone in a Small Grand, and
there is a great demand for the new Howard Small
Grand, as well as the Ellington and Hamilton. The
Baldwin is especially active and the Cincinnati in-
dustry is giving prompt service to Baldwin dealers.

The payment of death claims is but one of the
manifold benefits offered to the insured by the
Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, with which
the policy was placed. The company maintains a
Welfare Division whose nursing service will be avail-
able to all the insured Felsberg workers in the event
of illness. In addition to this, instructive literature is
distributed at frequent intervals, so that the advice of
experts on health conservation and disease preven-
tion always is available to those who come under the
provisions of the policy.

The policy of the Williams House is and always
has been to depend upon excellence of produet
instead of alluring price. Such a policy does not
attract bargain hunters. It does, however, win the
hearty approval and support of a very desirable
and substantial patronage.
