COLUMBIA GRAPHOPHONE ADS.
An example of efficient publicity tie-up is being
demonstrated by the Columbia Graphophone Co., in
New York in its daily newspaper advertising of the
Alamac Hotel where Paul Specht and his orchestra
are featured. The Columbia Graphophone Co. firm is
running regular single column three-inch ads featur-
ing the name of the Hotel Alamac and Paul Specht,
a Columbia artist, instead of the usual method of
playing up the name of a popular number. These
ads appearing in most of the New York dailies are
causing much comment on Broadway.
