PLAYER=PIANO ADDS TO
NOVEL WINDOW DISPLAY
Gulbransen. White House Model Featured in Connec-
tion with Franklin Automobile Picture Group.
A Gulbransen player piano in the window of an
automobile salesroom! The idea is certainly a novel
one, and it is being very successfully applied by the
Oak Park Franklin Motor Company, of 845 Madison
street, Oak Park, Illinois.
The window display, of which the Gulbransen is a
part, is perhaps the most costly window showing ever
made in Oak Park. An arbor of roses, with wisteria
vines, fruit trees in blossom, the river and babbling
brook, and even the little village on the hill, with its
old-fashioned church, are included in the display,
which has been called "Spring." In the center of
this splendid picture is a Franklin automobile, demi
sedan model, and to its left a Gulbransen playerpiano,
White House model.
As the visitors to the warerooms look over the vari-
ous types of Franklin automobiles on display the
Gulbransen playerpiano is played, which adds a novel
touch and, incidentally, attracts not a little attention
to the instrument being played—the Gulbransen
playerpiano.
