Dellon-Stanley, Inc., New York, a firm of music
publishers, has been incorporated for $5,000.
The sheet music department of Oliver's Music
House, Houston, Tex., occupies much larger quar-
ters than heretofore in the store to which the firm
moved last week. The new location is at Texas and
Traver streets.
George Fischer, president of the Music Publish-
ers' Association of the United States, gave an address
on "American Music and Musicians" at the recent
meeting in Washington, D. C, of the National Fed-
eration of Women's Clubs.
A decision in favor of Lawrence Perricone, a St.
Louis shoe factory worker, in the suit over royalties
on "Call Me Back, Pal of Mine," published by Dixon
& Lane, was given in the Circuit Court of St. Louis,
last week. The publishing house had previously
made an arrangement with the lyric composer.
The Buffalo offices of Jerome H. Remick & Co.
have been reopened with William McDermott in
charge.
The words and music of the publications of the
