write a song called "Mary Miles I'm Dreaming of
You." It is a fox-trot.

POPULAR MUSIC SERVES FOR WINDOW DISPLAY
NOTHING CAN MAR IT.
The piano benches manufactured by the Tonk Mfg'.
Co., Chicago, are packed in such a manner as to give
that company great satisfaction in its efficacy. In
fact, the assertion in "Tonk Topics," the bulletin put
out by Percy Tonk, head of the company, is that
"nothing can mar it." The simplicity with which
the crate can be opened and the bench taken out is
another talking point for the bench. "A child can
do it," says Mr. Tonk.

The accompanying cut shows a sheet music dis-
play that resulted in a bigger sheet music business
for the Chas. E. Wells Music Co., Denver, Colo. The
number featured in the distinctive way that con-
verted casual lookers who pleased buyers, was one
of Eliza Doyle Smith, music publishers, 59 East Van
Buren street, Chicago, "I'd Give It All for You."
The song named, so effectively advertised by the
display in the window, at once became the best
seller in Denver, and the show had the pleasant
effect of bringing a great number of new customers
into the store. When buyers found the song meri-
torious they automatically became boosters for it.
The words and music of "I'd Give It All for Yiou"
are by John Loftus and his ability in the double
part of lyric writer and melody maker are proved in
this latest production by the Chicago publishing
house.
It has been annuonced that "I'd Give It All for
You" will soon be issued in roll form by seven music
roll makers and produced in talking machine record
form by all the leading record manufacturers.
