SIMPLEX ACCOMPLISHMENT
Brilliant Series of Folders Setting Forth the Strides of" 100 Per Cent Factory
Enthusiastically Received by Dealers.
pared to do in the -manufacture and delivery of
player actions.
The record of this company, especially for the
year 1919, will bear a good deal of telling, for there
arc few manufacturing concerns in the music trade
that can look back over this turbulent year of un-
precedented demand and unsettled conditions of
production and point to an unfailing record of 100
per cent accomplishment. But the folder conveys
more than this. It describes the forethought, con-
fidence and preparedness that have made possible
the record of the past, and outlines the great increase
in building space and mechanical capacity that have
been made in the past year to insure a continuance
of its success next year and in the years to follow.
A fact that is impressed upon the trade with sig-
nificant emphasis is that no piano dealer need lack
for player pianos to sell, through failure to get
player actions, if he will specify Simplex. This ac-
tion has been and is available in any reasonable
numbers that may be called for, and none of the
delays that have so vexed the merchants in the
past months can be laid at the door of this com-
pany.
In the series of folders the progress made in six
well known lines of accomplishment are hand-
somely pictured in drawing a parallel with the for-
ward strides achieved by this company, and the
series, from both artistic and literary standpoints,
is an effort well worthy of careful note.
NEW BANDS ORGANIZED.
Decatur, 111., is to have a new band, definite plans
for the formation of which have been arranged.
O. F. Harry, chairman of the Band Committee of
the Hoopeston, 111., Chamber of Commerce, who
has been working industriously toward the organi-
zation of the regimental band, has announced that
a total of twenty-seven musicians from Hoopeston
and the immediate neighborhood have enrolled as
members of the band. The total strength of the
band must be twenty-eight.
The Rushville, 111., Merchants' Band, which dis-
banded with the death of John Meredith, the for-
mer director, is to be reorganized and on Wednesday
night a meeting of former members was held for
the purpose of laying plans for reorganization.
DIVIDEND DECLARED.
