Pioneer Plaza’s Cattle Drive: Pio-
neer Plaza honors Dallas’ cowboy’s
past by celebrating the trails that
brought settlers to the area. At the
plaza, visitors can enjoy bronze sub-
cultures that recreate a longhorn cattle
drive with three cowboys on horse-
back. All of the sculptures are made
of bronze and were created by Robert
Summers of Glen Rose, Texas. The
sculptures are believed to be the larg-
est bronze sculptures of their type in
the world. The plaza is near the con-
vention center at the intersection of
South Griffin and Young Street.
The Sixth Floor Museum at Dea-
ley Plaza- JFK Museum: The muse-
um is located within the former Texas
School Book Depository building. It
chronicles the assassination of Pres-
ident John F. Kennedy on Nov. 22,
1963. The museum’s goal is to be
an impartial, multi-generational des-
tination and forum for exploring the
memory and effects of the events sur-
rounding the assassination of Presi-
dent Kennedy through sharing his leg-
acy and its impact on an ever-changing

The Murder Mystery Company:
If you are in the mood for a murder
mystery dinner party then check out
the Murder Mystery Company, Dallas.
Patrons can enjoy a three course meal
while piecing together clues to single
out who the murder is during the two-
hour interactive show. For more infor-

TRANSPORTATION
Efrogs: Efrogs is free and
eco-friendly shuttle service. Shuttle ser-
vice is provided in Uptown, Down-
town where the convention center is
located, Oakland, Deep Ellum,
Arts District, West End, and
Victory Park area. To get a
ride, all you have to do is text
the address of your departure
and arrival with a set time to
(469) 432-4055. Each shuttle
can accommodate up to five
people, and while the service

Dallas Area Rapid
Transit: To get around the
city visitors can ride the
DART Rail Lines/TRE, city bus, DART
On-Call, the Dallas Streetcar, or the
M-Line Trolley.
The DART Rail Red line runs from
Parker Road Station to West, the Blue
line runs from Downtown Rowlett Sta-
tion to UNT Dallas Station, the Green
line runs from the North Carrollton/
Frankford Station to Buckner Station,
the Orange line runs from the DFW
Airport Station to Parker Road Station,
and TRE commuter train connections
