Meet the industry's worst salesman. As Keith is fond of saying, "Electronic ignitions looked 'different' to car owners at first, too, when all they'd ever seen were plugs and points." No question about It, Keith ls one lousy salesman. He doesn't have a single jukebox sale to his name. Absolutely hates the thought of selling anything. Fact is, Keith is known for starting out a conversation by pointing to problems in an NSM jukebox. He isn't above "frying" an amplifier, or running a screwdriver across a CD either . .. just to make his point. Then It happens. Always happens. Everytime Keith holds a school, our sales in that area skyrocket almost immediately afterwards. We've come to count on it. It's because operators there have come to understand our equipment. And appreciate why NSM - and NSM alone - went to the time and expense to technology-engineer a high-capacity CD system from the ground up ... not just for today's needs either, but for many years and many CD technology advances to come. Not only that, he does it all year long, all around the country. And we wouldn't have It any other way. Because that's Keith's job as our National Training Manager. To show operators throughout the country what can go wrong with an NSM CD jukebox ... and how to fix it. To explain exactly what an NSM jukebox is ... and what it isn't. Not to sell them anything. Do This. Give Keith a chance not to sell you something. If you don 't currently operate NSM jukeboxes, you probably wouldn't normally attend a training school. Attend one anyway. More and more non-NSM operators are doing just that. It's the best way we know to learn what our equipment is. There 's no pressure, nothing to buy. Just a great way to learn. And nobodyabsolutely nobody could do the job better. Keith's schools have become "sell outs", just about everyplace he goes. If you've attended one, you already know why: Keith tells it like it is. Just like it is. The goods and the not-so-goods. Operators come away- not only "street proficient" in operating and repairing NSM jukeboxes - but with a new understanding of our equipment. They come to see that an advanced technology system like NSM's doesn't mean that it's harder to operate. Nor does it mean that it's more difficult to fix. Or less reliable. Or anything else they may have thought, simply because the NSM system looks "different". Just the opposite. They find out - and, usually for the first time, understand why the 100 CD NSM system is far more reliable. Far easier to maintain and repair. Takes far better care of their CD's. Changes selections so much faster. And why the NSM system is their greatest assurance of owning a jukebox that will live through technological advances of the next decade ... and then some. Call, write, or FAX us if you 'd like to attend a school ... or if a member of your staff would like to attend one. We 'll let you know the next time Keith will be in your area. Of course, there's no charge. Just remember the rule: don 't try to buy anything. After all, we wouldn't want to tarnish Keith's perfect sales record.
