.......... Fast-moving corporate changes were under way at Bally Man-
ufacturing in late August, with Charles H. Farmer appointed president
of its Pinball Division. Jules Millman, president of Bally's Aladdin's
Castle chain, was named consultant to that branch, with duties centered
around its new Hong Kong operations. And otherwise, Bill O'Donnell, Jr.,
formerly president of the Pinball Division, was moved over to head Aladdin's.

........ .. Cinernatronics, Inc. and Atari, Inc, parties to pending litigation
since February 1980, announced an out-of-court settlement to their mutual
satisfaction and entered into certain licensing arrangements September 1,
1981 with regards to the Cinernatronics patents involved. Cinernatronics in
1980 had alleged infringement by Atari in its Asteroids game of certain
patents held by Cinernatronics principals Jim Pierce and Torn Stroud, Sr. and
pertaining to a video game's vector-generated display and to the "Vectorbearn"

venture capital group, Biotech Capital Corp. The Systems Division, established
in 1978, marketed the sorcerer microcomputer product line worldwide.

.......... Coin Acceptors, Inc. of St. Louis h~s, since spring of this year,
assembled a growing field staff of sales and/or service representatives and
CoinCo branch managers.
Sales/service rep Randy Williams went to CoinCo's
St. Louis office with responsibility for sales and service in the central
Midwest. A previous service manager with CoinCo in the northeastern region,
Stephen R. Rothwell goes to the Boston office as sales rep for that region.
Stanley M. Gossard was appointed sales/service rep for CoinCo, to work out of
its branch office in Minneapolis. Randy L. Rausch will be responsible for
account service as a sales/service rep from CoinCo's Bensenville, Illinois
branch office. Meanwhile, Roy R. Rodgers was appointed sales/service rep
attached to the Houston branch office.
In a new post at the Tampa branch
office, Robert H. Wilcox stepped on board July 29 as branch manager.
At CoinCo's Memphis branch office, Daniel O'Keefe was appointed manager,
responsible for that region. Michael O'Keefe was named branch manager for
CoinCo for the Atlanta territory. And at the Minneapolis office, Donald J.

Thompson as district manager in its national sales force.
His territory will
