All correspondence and customers' problems receive the close personal attention of Pratt,
Read Management and Sales Executives. Keeping fully informed on the performance of its
products in the field is a "must" for all members of the Pratt, Read management team, and
is another guarantee that "America's finest piano keys and actions are being made by
America's oldest and largest piano supply house."
Messrs. James A. Gould, George C. Seeley, Peter H. Comstock, and F. Kelso Davis, along
with Charles Frederick Stein will represent the company at the NAMM convention in July
and the ASPT convention in August. It is their hope that all piano men, manufacturers,
dealers, and technicians alike, will find an opportunity to visit with them in the Pratt, Read
exhibit rooms.
