In Furniture Show
During the Spring Furniture Show,
sponsored by Tomlinson of High Point,
N. C, one of the country's foremost man-
ufacturers of furniture, a Hardman Con-

attended. Arrangement for the Hardman
Consolette display was made by Penn
Piano Co., local Hardman representative
at High Point, N. C.
Death of Mrs. J. B. Schlosser
Mrs. Elise S. Schlosser wife of Jacques
Bach Schlosser, president of Kranich &
Bach, New York passed away at her home
1120 Park Ave. New York on May 15th.
Besides her husband she leaves two
daughters Dr. Elise G. Schlosser and Mrs.
John A. Read, Jr. A requiem mass was
held at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 66th St.
and Lexington Ave., New York on May
17th. Interment was private.
Mrs. Schlosser was a daughter of the
late Charles A. Stadler who from 1888-
1892 was a New York State Senator and
a major in the Old Guard of New York.
Wurlitzer for Miami Hotels
Marshall Philpitt, Vice President of S.
Ernest Philpitt & Son, Miami, Florida, has
announced the sale of a Wurlitzer Spin-
ette to four famous hotels at Miami
Beach. They include: The Shoreham, The
Berkeley Shore, the Plymouth and The
Norman. All four of these exclusive
hotels are ideally located overlooking
the ocean and they are patronized by
some of America's most distinguished
people.
