Joseph Nicomede, president of the Nicomede
Music Co., Altoona, Pa., was in New York
during the past week, visiting the merchandise
trade. He is making his annual trip through
New England and the Middle Atlantic States,
introducing the new 1929 models of the
Nicomede Rainbow Flasher for banjos and
drums. Mr. Nicomede reports a big demand
for these flashers, which are easily installed
in the instrument. Through the means of alter-
nating lights a beautiful color effect is thrown
on the head, flashing intermittently all the
colors of the rainbow. This device is used
quite extensively by dealers in window dis-
plays, proving a highly successful means of
attracting the attention of passersby.
