SAN FRANCISCO, CAL., April 4.—George Gadsby
is paying a visit to the local San Francisco
headquarters of Sherman, Clay & Co. He has
charge of installing a band instrument depart-
ment in the new home of the firm's Stockton
branch, which will be open in June. The firm
is understood to have looked for some time
for the location it desired to fill all its needs,
and the new branch store fills them. In its
present quarters the branch in Stockton is
carrying practically all the Sherman, Clay lines
except band instruments. King band instru-
ments are carried in the firm's stores and
branches. Waters & Ross are compiling their
new tamd instrument catalog, giving special at-
tention to the needs of schools and colleges.
