Schmidt and G. \ 1V. Buche n, and the business,
established for some time, will be expanded
co n siderably. The new company will have a
capita lization of $15,000, and is authorized to
buy, sell, a nd manufacture musica l ~ in st ruments
and s uppli es. Th e store, which is now lo cated
at 807 ::--r. Eighth street, will take over the en­
tire s pace of the Rumm ele-Kriel jewelry store
building in a short time, and a lt erations will
