TORONTO RADIO FEIST CONCERT
The Century Music Publishing Co. has for-
warded to the trade a three-page circular an-
nouncing the Spring, advertising campaign in
publications of national circulation through the
months of February, March and April. This
completes the 1922-23 campaign, which included
the insertion of Century advertisements in fif-
teen publications. The same publications, as
announced earlier, are being used for the con-
tinuation of this Century publicity. The com-
bined circulation of these national mediums is
well over 13,000,000 copies.
In conjunction with the campaign the Century
Co. is also forwarding newspaper advertising
cuts with space for dealer's imprint, trade-mark
decalcomanies, complete catalogs, teachers'
graded catalogs, thematic catalogs, four-color

A new Waltz Song that will appeal to
all Music Lovers
TORONTO, CAN., January 20.—The Toronto Star,
which operates Radio Broadcasting Station,
recently gave a Thursday night's concert de-
voted exclusively to the catalog of Leo Feist,
Ltd. It was considered one of the most suc-
cessful programs ever arranged by this paper.
The numbers played included such popular
selections as "Three o'Clock in the Morning,"
"When the Leaves Come Tumbling Down,"
"Hot Lips," "Toot, Toot, Tootsie," "Star of
Faith" and "When the Christmas Chimes are
Ringing."
BROADWAY ART STORES BANKRUPT
A petition in bankruptcy was recently filed
against the Broadway Art Stores, Inc., dealers
in sheet music, at 1543 and 1389 Broadway, New
York City. The petitioners were E. C. Mills,
$14,000; Morris and Bendien, $363, and Irving
Miller, $565. Judge Knox appointed E. C. Mills
receiver. The liabilities are about $25,000 and
assets about $5,000.
TWO NEW FISHER NUMBERS ISSUED
Fred Fisher, head of the publishing firm of
Fred Fisher, Inc., is the writer and publisher
of a new song, entitled "Don't Kick a Nation
When It's Down." This is said to be a timely
number. "That Red Head Man," a new comedy
novelty song, has also been released by the
same publishing firm.
NEW HARMS NUMBER IN "LIZA"
Maceo Pinkard and Willie Raskin are the
writers of a song published by Harms, Inc., and
which has been interpolated in the new musical
show, "Liza," now playing at Daly's Sixty-third
Street Theatre, New York. It is entitled "He
May Be Your Man Friday, But He Comes to
See Me Saturday Night."
NEW YORK INCORPORATION
The Secretary of the State of New York has
granted a certificate of incorporation to the
Original Georgia Five to operate a music and
music supply store in Queens Borough. The
capitalization is $5,000.
