HELD ON INFRINGEMENT CHARGE
Bostonians Re-indicted for Alleged Infringement
of Copyright of "Humming"
BOSTON, MASS., December 12.—Abraham Feld-
man, of this city, and Augustus H. Sullivan, of
Worcester, were discharged by Judge Morrow
in the United States District Court on the charge
of infringement of the copyright of the song
"Humming." However, the testimony in the
case was impounded and the defendants were
re-indicted and will be tried again some time
next week.
The song "Humming" was originally owned
by T. B. Harms and Francis, Day & Hunter,
as shown by the indictment originally returned
against Feldman and Sullivan. Later, however,
the trade name of the publishers was changed to
