The Factory of

The large photograph shows the present reinforced concrete plant of the Hallet &
Davis Piano Company. It is one of the finest equipped factories in the world
for manufacturing high-grade pianos and player-pianos. It has been truly named
the "sunlight" factory. The site comprises over twelve acres, with direct dock and
railroad-track connections, and is located on Hallet & Davis Avenue, Boston, Mass.
The small photograph is a very interesting reproduction of an old print, showing
the factory of this famous concern over three-quarters of a century ago.
