"Wandering Home," described as a dreamy
waltz, is one of the late issues from the house
of Sherman, Clay & Co., of San Francisco. Ac-
cording to recent reports to E. P. Little, manager
of the publishing department of the above com-
pany, the trade has received this number with
enthusiasm. Orders from many sections of the
country and of good size have been received
during recent weeks.
The firm has also started a publicity cam-
paign on a new fox-trot, "Do You Ever Think
of Me?" "Coral Sea," released some months ago,
has already acquired a position of prominence
in the firm's catalog.
Without doubt one of the most popular num-
bers issued by Sherman, Clay & Co. this Fall
is the song, "My Wonder Girl." It seems to
have a particular appeal with the younger gen-
eration.
"Somebody's Waiting" and "Gingham Gown
Girlie" are among the other publications of this
catalog which are gaining in popularity.
