the Otto Higel Co., New York, and formerly
an active factor in that concern, is now at Camp
Hancock, Ga., one of the chief machine gun
training centers in the country, and where about
40,000 men are located. Mr. Higel has been
assigned to the headquarters of the company
as chief clerk, and in a letter to The Review
stated that he is kept very busy, but is getting
along in good shape.
