Eaison Message Ao. 13
THE COMING YEAR
It is not too early to look for-
ward to the prospects for 1918 busi-
ness. If we are any judge of the
future, the passing year gives only
a slight indication of what Edison
dealers may expect for the coming
year. This is an age of surprises
and the dealer (if there be any such)
who sits down and worries about
the war bugaboo and lets the other
fellow get all of the business is going
to be treated to the biggest surprise
of his life before another twelve
months rolls around when he finds
that, in spite of his worries, pros-
perity simply won't pass by his door.
If he wants to get an idea of the
greater prosperity coming, let him
read the following summary by
William Morris Imbrie & Company,
prominent bankers of New York
City:
"
the industry of the country
has not as yet begun to feel the
effects of the money which is being
spent and which will be spent to
stimulate the production which will
exceed anything we have ever
known."
Thomas A. lEdison, Inc.
Orange,
New Jersey
When the country does begin
to feel the effects of the uncount-
able sums of money being spent in
this divinely favored country, the
Edison dealer will be bound to ex-
perience an increased patronage
beyond anything he has ever known
before.
