The Rialto Theatre at Fullerton will open under the
management of Harry Lee Wilbur.
The Jewell Theatre is being erected at Market and
Eighth streets, San Francisco, and will be managed by
Frederick M. Gibbs.
E. V. Cook is transforming his airdome at Exeter
into an enclosed moving picture theatre.
Alfred C. Rlumentha], of A. J. Rich & Co., announces
that a new $350,000 theatre will be erected on Market
street, near Fifth, San Francisco.
Delaware
Metropolitan Theatres Corp. of Washington, D. C.;
$,2,000,000; Fred S. Swindell, Washington, D. C, incor-

Illinois
A new moving picture theatre will be erected at Ke-
wanee by James II. Andrews.
Teufel & Pfetcher have leased the Isis Theatre at Kose-
ville and will reopen it with moving pictures.
The (Irand Theatre at Shawnettown has been reopened
by Joe May.
The Empress Amusement Co., of Taylorville, has been
incorporated with a capital stock of $5,200, for the pur-
pose of operating theatres by Joseph A. Humphreys, Jo-
seph R. McCarthy and Josephine N. McCarthy.
Indiana
Indiana Amusement Co., C Robert Ward, incorporator.
Iowa
George O. Barlow is converting his building at Steam
boat Rock into a moving picture theatre.
William Knudson & Son are erecting a new $25,000
moving picture theatre at Des Moincs for the Unity In-
vestment Co.
Elbert & Getchell are erecting a new $20,000 theatre
at Des Moines.
Kentucky
The Preston Amusement Co., of Louisville, has been in-
corporated with a capital stock of $10,000 by Emile Pragoff,
John W. Brooke and Lawrence S. Leopold.

The Lynn Theatre at Lynn will be opened shortly.
Maryland
The Camp Meade Amusement & Mercantile Co., of Ad-
miral, has been incorporated with a capital stock of $100,000
by Edward A. Powers, Charles Cahn, Samuel J. Fisher
and others.
Michigan
The Nettie Welch block at Charlotte will be remodeled
into a moving picture theatre.
The Ileecher Moving Picture Co., Inc., has plans for a
new moving picture theatre to be erected on Division
avenue, Grand Rapids.
The Acme Theatre, on Davison street, near Woodward,
Highland Park, will open soon.
A new moving picture theatre will be erected at Hough-
ton at a cost of $50,000.
The Fulton Amusement Co., of Ironwood, has been in-
corporated for $10,000.
Minnesota
The Ruby Theatre at New Ulm has been incorporated
by C. J. Woodmansee and J. A. McClure.
A moving picture theatre will be erected at Grand ave-
nue and Dale street, St. Paul, by Joseph Friedman, at a
cost of $100,000.
A moving picture theatre is being erected at Manganese
by H. Toren and H. Hansen.
I. A. Kalb has purchased the Empress Theatre at Moun-
tain Lake and will conduct it as a moving picture house.
Missouri
The Plymouth Theatre has been leased by William G.
Davis and George C. Holtschneider, who will conduct it
as a moving picture house.
Montana
A new $25,000 moving picture theatre will be erected
at Kalispell by the Liberty Theatre Co., of Spokane, Wash.
H. E. Ervin plans to erect a moving picture theatre
at Harlowton.
The Strand is the name of a new moving picture the-
atre to be erected at Poplar by Col. Walker and John
Moran.
Nebraska
The Strand Theatre at North Loop has been opened to
the public.
Calvin Zeigler has the contract to erect a new $300,000
moving picture theatre at Fifteenth and Douglas streets,
Omaha.
The World Realty Co. are planning to erect a new
$200,000 theatre building at Omaha.
The Janecek Theatre has been opened at Schuyler.
The Sun is the name of a new theatre which has been
opened at York by W. R. Ballinger & Sons.
New Jersey
Morris Scharff will erect a $40,000 moving picture the-
atre at Newark.
The Hroad Theatre will be opened at Salem as a mov-
ing picture theatre under the management of J. C. Mason.
The Motion Picture Realty Co. has been incorporated at
Jersey City, with a capital stock of $500,000.
The in-
corporators are Charles Drapkin, Jeremiah J. Collins and
Paul M. Hahn.
The (amp Dix Amusement Co. has been incorporated
at Camden with a capital stock of $18,000 to operate
amusement enterprises near Camp Dix.
The incorporators
are George II. B. Martin, S. C. Seymour and J. Vernon
Plum.
The Sixteenth Street Amusement Co., of Camden, has
been incorporated for the purpose of operating theatres.
The incorporators are F. R. Hansel, John A. MacPeak
and I. C. Clow.
New Mexico
E. F. Hardwick & Sons plan to erect a moving picture
theatre on Main street, Clovis.
The Arizona Lyric Theatre Co. will erect a new mov-
ing picture theatre at Deming.
I). Rollie and Fred McCoy have leased the new build-
ing being erected on Railroad avenue, Gallup, and will
conduct it as a moving picture theatre
R. H. Adams has leased the Cozy moving picture the-
atre at Portales and will equip it with new fixtures and
musical instruments.

at Buffalo with a capital stock of $10,000 by Frank S.
Hopkins and James S. Savage.
Solomon Bloom has plans for a new theatre building
to be erected in New York City.
A. J. Stockhammer is planning to erect a new $4,000
moving picture theatre on South Schenectady avenue,
Brooklyn.
Wilmer, Vincent & Koeneke have plans for a new $200,-
000 theatre building to be erected in Long Island City.
The Olds Holding Corp., Louis Davis, president, have
purchased a site jn New York upon which to erect a
theatre.
Wilmer & Vincent plan to erect a new theatre on the
site of the Flushing Hotel at New York City.
North Carolina
F. W. Hahn will open the Masonic Theatre at New Bern
as a first-class moving picture theatre.
North Dakota
A new moving picture theatre has been opened at Hills-
boro, by Ilalverson & Vinje.
R. H. Johnson has the contract for a moving picture
theatre to be erected at Dickinson.
Ohio
Taylor Hotel Co., Cincinnati; $15,000; George W. Graves,
incorporator.
A. Silverberg has plans for a new $45,000 theatre to be
erected at Cleveland.
Plans are being prepared by Donnele &• Wolfe for a new
$20,000 moving picture theatre to be erected at Put-in-Bay.
Andreicza & Kobus will erect a new $5,000 moving pic-
ture theatre at Yorkville.
Oklahoma
A building on Main street, Bliss, will be converted into
a moving picture theatre by Brooks and Roberts.
Manager Pollard, of the Gem Theatre, will erect a new
moving picture theatre on Harrison avenue, Guthrie.
A moving picture theatre will be opened in the Odd Fel-
lows Hall at Kelleyville.
The Yale Theatre at Pauls Valley has been opened by
Arthur Hamley.
J. W. Custer plans to build a new moving picture theatre
on Main street, Quay.
The Royal is the name of a moving picture theatre just
opened at Silwell by Lackey & Davis.
O. W. Edwards is erecting a new $500,000 theatre at
Tulsa.
The new Empress Theatre being erected on West Third
street, Tulsa, by W. M. Smith, is nearing completion.
Mr. Mead will show moving pictures in the old Aber-
nathey Building at Wanette.
Pennsylvania
T. Barnes is erecting a large new theatre at Ellwood
City.
South Carolina
The Sevier Amusement Co. has plans for a new $17,500
moving picture theatre to be erected at Camp Sevier,
Greenville.
South Dakota
The Comet Theatre has been opened at Whitewood by
Coen and Woelz.
Tennessee,
I~ V. Peacock has leased a building at Ridgely from
Hatcher Bros., and will convert it into a moving picture
theatre.
