THE MUSIC TRADE REVIEW
We Would Rather
Satisfy than Pacify
T
H E reason the Poole Company
definitely settled on the policy of
producing nothing but the highest
grade of pianos and player-pianos is
because experience has shown that
neither the piano merchant nor the
public like to be pacified. They want
to be satisfied right from the start so
there will be no "coming back" to reg-
ister complaints. The Poole high-grade
instruments therefore produce har-
mony in two highly important ways.
