THE MUSIC TRADE REVIEW
TT7ITH the increasing demand for player-pianos a
* * greater discrimination in the selection of instru-
ments is being manifested by the purchasing public.
Every one competent to differentiate recognizes the
advantage of reputation—a reputation like the Knabe,
which has stood at the forefront in the piano industry
since 1837.
The pre-eminence of the Knabe piano, which is recog-
nized not only by pianists of international celebrity, but
by the most particular purchasing public, receives addi-
tional recognition to-day in the position won by the
Knabe player-pianos, which have opened immensely
increased business possibilities for the dealer.

of Values.
The piano merchant who is not on the alert to the latest
developments in the player-piano field is neglectful of
his own interests, for the day of the player is here now,
not tomorrow, next month, or next year.
The secret of the success of the Knabe player-piano is
to be found in the fact that the player mechanism em-
bodied in these products is as faultless as it is individual.
In its construction, and in its capacity for the most
finished interpretation, it satisfies the most critical musical
demands.
The Knabe player mechanism is built, like the piano
itself, to denote absolute perfection. This superb player
mechanism, which is found in Knabe grands as well as
uprights, gives to the artist as well as the musical layman
an opportunity of becoming acquainted with the most
profound works of the masters as well as the most
popular numbers which fancy may dictate for selection
—the most perfect medium for interpretation that is
possible to secure.
There is plenty of good, high-class trade which can be
won by the men who represent the Knabe interests
throughout the country, if proper attention is given to,
and emphasis placed on, these wonderful Knabe player
creations. They open up a sphere of activity which can
be developed in a profitable way.
Then when you consider the price at which these instruments
—which run the gamut of the whole Knabe family—may be
purchased, you will at once see that there are opportunities here
that are quite worthy the immediate attention of wise, pro-
gressive merchants.
Back of the artistic Knabe products is to be found not only
reputation, but a foundation based on absolute values, upon
which has been reared the edifice of satisfaction that has in-
creased Knabe prestige and sales throughout the land.
