THE MUSIC TRADE REVIEW
Every salesman who familiarizes himself with the Chickering
piano—its history—its achievements—its worldwide reputation is
inevitably led to that absolute conviction of Chickering superiority,
and that in itself constitutes a most valuable selling asset.
The fact that the Chickering piano has won 129 gold medals
and leading awards at the greatest world's expositions shows how
the directing officials view this great American product.
That it received from the last Napoleon who sat on the
throne of France the Cross of the Legion of Honor gives it at once
an unique position.
The fact that the Chickering piano has been before the public
for nearly one hundred years as an exponent of the highest art
in piano building, counts for much.
The fact that there has been an unbroken succession of
Chickering pianos, from the first instrument built by Jonas
Chickering in 1823, down to the present day, is in itself a selling
argument that is most convincing.
The Chickering piano of Today has a selling force which
should be appreciated by every salesman throughout America—
a selling force which should count vastly for its increased output
during the present year.
