THE MUSIC TRADE REVIEW
THE KNABE STYLE J-D.L.A. PLAYER-PIANO
Trade scenes are rapidly shifting. New forces are being constantly
introduced, and no one who is familiar with the condition in this
industry can deny that the player-piano occupies the center of the
trade stage.
Plain facts—of course they are.
The next thing to interest piano merchants is the right kind of player affiliations.
Just a word here! There is nothing in the player world that possesses such a vitalizing
selling force as the new Knabe player product. The statement is brief, and it presents
undeniable facts.
The Knabe Grands and Uprights, which are conceded to be marvels in the piano world
on account of their aesthetic lines and superb musical qualities, have been equipped with a
player mechanism which is truly marvelous.
The graceful details of the Grands and Uprights have not been changed in the slightest.
And here is the closing argument:
It is possible for the piano merchant to supply himself with Knabe Player grands and uprights
at from $250 to $300 less than is charged for competing grand and upright players within the
same musical sphere as the Knabe in standing and reputation.
In a word, this new condition spells profit for the dealer. It is hardly a question that
needs long deliberation.
Immediate action is safe—not only safe, but is urged by common business prudence, which
means making your own business impregnable and substantially increasing your annual
profits.
