THE MUSIC TRADE REVIEW
"THE CALL O F J H E NORTH"
HA.RDIV1AISJ, P E C K
Recent Addition to the Popular Catalog of M.
Witmark & Sons.
"The Call of the North" (The Girl Who Waits
for Me) is the title of a new and highly attractive
novelty song bearing the imprint of M. Witmark
& Sons. "The Call of the North" is the joint
work of Charles Patrick and Milton E. Schwars-
wald, two writers of merit whose style is decidedly
out of the common, and who, if they continue to
write in this popular vein, will add to their laurels
in the future. "The Call of the North" is very
young at present, but already it is making rapid
strides toward success. From the start many
prominent vocalists elected to warble it around
town and its appealing melody may be heard at
any of the near-by summer resorts.

It's what is inside of the Sterling that has made its repu-
tation.
Every detail of its construction receives thorough
attention from expert workmen—every material used in its
construction is the best—absolutely. That means a piano
of permanent excellence in every particular in which a
piano should excel. The dealer sees the connection between
these facts and the universal popularity of the Sterling.
