THE MUSIC TRADE REVIEW
American Player Action Company Wins
We wish to state to the trade that the suit brought against us
for alleged infringement of the O'Connor tracking device patent has
just been decided in our favor. This decision was handed down by
Judge Mayer, of the United States District Court of New York, where
the case was tried some weeks ago, and appeared in full in last week's
issue of the Music Trade Review. This is the second court decision
in our favor, and establishes absolutely the validity of our tracking
device patent, which is the invention of Eugene T. Turney, Vice-
President of our Company.

The "Turney" Automatic Tracking Device
We are preparing literature to be sent to every dealer and manu-
facturer in the country, which will set forth the exact situation of the
Automatic tracking device as it stands today. The Turney Automatic
tracking device is beyond any question of a doubt the best automatic
tracking device in every particular that is on the market today. In fact,
it is "THE MASTER TRACKING DEVICE." The Turney tracking
device together with the Turney adjustable guide opening or corrector
in the tracker-bar, is a combination that is simply ideal. With this
combination the operator of the Player-Piano is absolute master of
the tracking question under all conditions. Consequently there is
nothing more to be achieved in this regard.
All our instruments are equipped with the above combinations,
therefore why buy an inferior article when you can get the best?
