A decision of interest to music publishers and
composers was rendered last week by the referee
in bankrutpcy for the Groene Music Publishing
Co., this city, William H. Whittakcr following
the application of «W. T. Porter, composer of
"Lo. My Sleep," to have all right and title to the
copyright returned to him. The referee ordered the
trustee of the estate of the bankrupt to deliver to
