The brilliant English pianist, whose tremendous suc-
cess with the Boston Symphony Orchestra last season
established her at once as one of the greatest pianists
ever visiting America, writes as follows regarding the
MASON & HAMLIN PIANO :
Recognized the world over as one of the very great
pianists of all times, writes as follows concerning the
MASON & HAMLIN PIANO :
Dear Sirs:—When I came
to America in January last I
had never played on a Mason
& Hanilin piano. I only knew
it by repute.
I have now
played on it many times with
orchestra, in chamber con-
certs and in recital, and it
gives me the greatest pleas-
iire to tell you that I consider
your pianos p r e - e m i n e n t .
The tone is exquisite, they
respond readily to every kind
of touch; have an exception-
ally powerful and dramatic
bass, and no piano c o u l d
have a more beautiful sing-
ing- tone. The Mason & Ham-
lin piano is an artistic crea-
tion which need fear no rival.
(Signed)
MASO"N & HAMLIN CO.
Dear Sirs: As you know,
I have used'your p i a n o s
under many different condi-
tions, in recital, with orches-
tra, in small and in large
halls, and their adaptability
to all requirements has equal-
ly astonished and delighted
me. Their tone is one of never
failing beauty; the action is
•wonderful in its delicacy and
responsiveness. Your vertical
grand, style O, is the only in-
strument of its kind, as far as
I am aware, capable of giving
complete satisfaction to any
one accustomed to play upon
a grand, and I have no hesi-
tation in saying that it is,
without exception, the finest
upright piano I have ever met
with. (Signed)
HAROLD BAUER.

The great Swiss pianist, characterized by such an
eminent authority as Felix Weingartner as "unequaled
among the younger piano virtuosos," writes as follows
of the MASON & HAMLIN PIANOS :
The Dutch pianist, whose remarkable playing has
created a sensation abroad and whose first American
tour is now in progress, writes as follows regarding
the MASON & HAMLIN PIANO :
MASON & HAMLIN CO.
Dear Sirs:—Du ring 1 t h e
p a s t few y e a r s I h a v e
watched with intense interest
the marvelous progress you
have been making in the
mnufacture of your beauti-
ll pianofortes.
To-day I
relieve the Mason & Hamlin
latchless—an artistic ideal—
nd I congratulate you on
your great achievement.

MASON & HAM LIN CO.
Gentlemen: — H a v i n g
played your pianos with or-
chestra, in public and private
recitals, and in my own stu-
dio, I do not hesitate to say
that no other piano so fully
meets my artistic demands.
I have played on all the
best known pianos of Europe
and America and know of
none which, for deep, rich,
singing tone, combined with
great sonority and brilliancy
equals the Mason & Hamlin,
while the action of your piano
is simply marvelous in its
responsiveness.
It is a positive inspiration
to play the Mason & Hamlin
piano. It is for this reason
that T play it.
Very truly yours,
JAN SICKESZ.
