DEATH OF WM. H. DALY.
William H. Armstrong, who has written a
number of songs during the last twenty years,
under the name of "William H. Daly," died sud-
denly from pneumonia last week at the City
Hospital, Boston, Mass. His ballads gained for
him a wide reputation. Among his most popu-
lar compositions are "Hush-a-Bye, Baby," and
"Mary Wise."
