KROEGER PIANO CYCLONE PROOF
A Recent Experience Demonstrates How Care-
fully Built Is This Instrument.
An impressive proof of the constructive relia-
bility of the Kroeger pianos was recently demon-
strated in Missouri and is illustrated in the fol-
lowing communication:
"Wheeling, Mo., May 6, 1905.
"The Kroeger Piano Co., New York:
"Gentlemen:—Several years ago I sold one of
your pianos, style 4, to a party about thirty miles
from here in the country, and since then a
cyclone struck the house in which the piano was
and tore the house all to pieces and scattered the
house all over forty acres of land, and rolled the
piano down a hill, filled it with sand and water.
I took all of this out and found the piano still in
tune. Of course, it damaged the case, but the
piano has been used ever since, and about three
weeks ago I tuned it and did some work on the
action, and I found it all right, except the first
eight hammers in the middle register, beginning
at the upper end of this register and going down,
tuned the bass. If you will send me the eight
hammers complete I will put them on, and if you
will not send them to me free I will pay you for
them, but I think you ought to furnish them free.
"Very respectfully,
J. H. ROBINSON."
All claims made by Mr. Garritson and his asso-
ciates regarding the wearing and musical quali-
ties of the Kroeger are splendidly substantiated
in this communication, and amply justify dealers
handling the Kroeger in making such claims as
will bear out the fact disclosed above.
I t is
hardly necessary to say that upon the receipt of
this letter the eight piano hammers desired were
immediately forwarded without charge by order
of President Garritson.—Music Trade Review,
May 20, 1905.
"Knowledge
is Power"
and a knowledge of t h e
Kroeger piano means at once
a business association which
gives power to the concern
possessing the agency.
The latest Kroeger crea-
tions are full of strength and
character. Then the beauty
of the architecture is supple-
mented by a charm of tone
which has been inseparably
associated with the Kroeger piano from its inception.
If you are on the Kroeger side of the piano argu-
ment you at once have a strong and impelling force
which will assist in winning business success.
&Ae KROEGER
is a piano that works its way into the affections of the
public, for it is a noteworthy fact that the dealers who
have sold the Kroeger longest are the most enthusi-
astic in its praise.
