THE MUSIC TRHDE REVIEW
proposed to fight the amounts asked for by
the receiver and his attorneys as fees for ser-
vices in the case.
According to the report of the receiver,
he has received just $554.99 in cash from
all sources and has disbursed $469.32, the
most of this being for the weekly payrolls.
He states that there still remains unpaid on
current expenses the sum of $896.83. For
these debts the receiver claims that he has
made himself partially liable personally, and
he asks the court for authority to borrow
money to pay these debts before he is finally
discharged.
