KRELL FILES A COURT PLEA.
Albert Krell, of the Krell-French Co., filed
a court plea in Cincinnati Saturday, stating
his arrest for alleged embezzlement at the
instance of the Krell Piano Co. was the re-
sult of "a pre-concerted plan and conspiracy"
Pronounced by experts, who have given it the between Blackmore and others of the Krell
most complete tests, to be the perfect player. Piano Co. Claim for damages renewed.

turned recently from a Western trip, had a
most successful jcurney. The firm are now

The fire department was called to the
Wickham-Chapman Piano Plate Works on
Thursday, where a leak in the cupola of WABASH
the foundry had caused a fire. The loss was
slight.

John Weser, head of the firm of Weser
Bros.', and his brother, Winfield S. Weser,
are among the busiest men in New York to-
day. Not only are they conducting the
wholesale business, including every depart-
ment of the factory now in use, but they
supervise all important details connected with
the immense new building now in course of
completion. When finished, the Weser fac-
tory will be one of the most spacious and
complete establishments in the city.
WHAT IT MEANS.
William Leary, who has charge of the
Republican speakers, has a card printed
which looks like this:
GABASD.
"This card is to hand to people who tell
you Shepard has a chance," said Leary.
"What does it mean?" everybody asks.
"Go away back and sit down."
Otto M. Heinzmann, Weser traveler, is,
as usual, making a good record on the road.
He reports that the Weser agents are well
pleased with the Weser products, which move
along all the time, give them no trouble, and
yield them a good profit.
