ished by Mr. Taylor is taken from a copy
of a Stradivarius by that renowned Paris-
ian copyist, Pique. The original copy is in
Mr. Taylor's personal collection. The ar-
chaic and now perpetuated "old Bath mill"
is again represented here in the top. The
bottom came from the town of Dixfield by
the Androscoggin and is of particularly
splendid figure.
