THE MUSIC l*fcADE REVIEW
Still Another Factory.
The Cable Co. Decide to flake an Addition to
Their S t . Charles Plant—Proofs of Pros-
perity.
At a meeting of the directors of the Cable
Co. held last week it was decided to further
enlarge their factory at St. Charles, 111. Con-
tracts have now been placed for the immedi-
ate erection of a building to adjoin the pres-
ent factory on the north, which will increase
the working area of the plant 36,000 square
feet. The cost of building and equipment
will be $45,000 with this addition which will
be ready for occupancy in August. The St.
Charles plant of the Cable Co. will have a
productive capacity of 6000 pianos a year.
This is the kind of expansion that speaks
more eloquently than words of the prosperity
of this institution, which, under the capable
administration of Fayette S. Cable, has made
phenomenal advances in every way.
