Kohler & Campbell may easily be counted
among the "get there" piano manufactur-
ers of New York City. They started out
only a few years ago with the intention of
supplying appreciative dealers with a re-
liable instrument at a fair price. They
made up their minds at the beginning that
live dealers ought to be encouraged to sell
pianos by allowing them a living profit on
quick returns.
The men who are handling the Kohler
products are men who believe in turning
their stock into money on the rapid-transit
plan. At the same time they are of the
opinion that a customer, once gained,
should be kept. So they recommend and
sell the Kohler pianos on their merits.
Well, what about their merits? The con-
tinued prosperity of the firm is the best an-
swer to that question.
An exceptionally interesting piano re-
cital was given at the Gimbel Bros, ware-
rooms, Philadelphia, by Miss Jessie Shay,
of this city, on Friday afternoon of last
week. There was a select attendance who
enjoyed this clever artist's work as well as
the Knabe piano which she played.
