signed a chattel mortgage. This Bishop
transferred to Mr. Considine. The jury in
the case, the trial of which ended Saturday
morning, rendered a written verdict, in
which they said that Mr. Considine was
not rightfully entitled to the piano .replev-
ined from Mrs. Sutton; that she believed
she was signing an assignment instead of a
chattel mortgage; that the sum of $3.58
only was due the plaintiff; that the transfer
to Considine was not in good faith; that
the piano must be returned to Mrs. Sut-
ton, and that she should recover $18.42
from the defendant for depriving her of the
use of the piano for one year.
