persons who have the audacity to attempt an infringement upon our
exclusive rights in the use of the name "Hardman," as applied to
pianos, and to state that we have owned these exclu-
sive rights for years. It is not our desire to
advertise these attempts to make use of
our time-honored name and business

been taken against the offenders referred to, and we shall prevent further
appropriation of our property. In the meantime we would call your
attention to the fact that the only genuine Hardman Pianos have the
name "Hardman Piano," and also that of "Hardman, Peck & Co.,
M'f'rs, New York," cast in the plate in a conspicuous position.
