We here at BALLY were tremendously thrilled to read your
comment, (page 1, WHAT'S NEWS, May 30th issue of MARKET-
PLACE), regarding what speedier play action we at BALLY
are advocating and actually building into our 3-ball play
flippers really means.
Just as you so well analyzed, 3-ball play is 40t speedier
than 5-ball play. That 40 % speedier play, as we see it,
can mean the difference between profit and loss on many
and many a location. It can mean 40 % greater intake and
that, in itself, is the reason why operators "can bank
on a BALLY game".
These are, without any doubt whatever, extremely uncertain
time; not only is inflation breaking all records but, to
add to this horrible problem, materials and components are
in very short supply and delivery of these manufacturing
necessities has become one great and all-consuming puzzle .
Therefore, every game we produce at BALLY must be the very
finest money-maker for our worldwide distributing organi-
zation to sell to their customers -- the operators.
Once again, as it always has been over the past 44 years,
BALLY has come up with the way to assure operators enjoying
faster, greater, better income. We have always devoted
ourselves most·completely to this purpose. We intend to
carry this even further with the new games we are readying
for the operators. That, we most sincerely believe, is the
one way to assure all operators, all over the world, "You
can bank on a BALLY game".
