Rock-Ola's giant Venezuela distributor, "Incoza", dedicated a huge, new facility in
Maracaibo, Venezuela, for the production and distribution of Rock-Ola phonographs
thruout all of Venezuela. Top picture shows the impressive sign at the entrance to
the new Incoza plant. Pictured below, left to right, Nicholas Berend and Karl Fuhr-
meister, architects; Sr.Manfred E. Sobottka, Incoza'a president; Eliward G. Doris,
Rock-Ola's executive vice-president and John Muncy, architect. Sr. Sobtottka said the
new factory had been planned for a number of years and became necessary due to the very
great expansion of Rock-Ola sales in Venezuela. He also stated he expected sales of
Rock-Ola phonos to increase with the opening of this new plant.
