by Mills Novelty Company in their California buying spree in
about 1904, and thereafterproduced under the Mills name. It's

but it's possible and should be watched for.

Dear Editor,
Several years ago at the Fun Fair Amusement Machine Show
in Los Angeles, we purchased Richard Bueschel's publication
"An Illustrated Price Guide to the 100 Most Collectible Trade
Stimulators." In it was listed "The Trader" made by Mills in
1904. We're interested in getting current information about the
machine — like how many are known to exist and a current price
guide.
If you could help us with this information, we would greatly
appreciate it, or if you could direct us to another source.
Thank you,
Gloria Kolesar
Dear Gloria,
