Last month, Kentucky and the District of Columbia appeared under the
NO column. This was incorrect. Kentucky allows the ownership of slot
machines of any year provided they are not used for gambling. The District
of Columbia allows the ownership of antique slot machines by collectors if
the machines were manufactured prior to 1952. Please note that these
errors have been corrected.

regard to the ownership of antique slot machines. If you note an error,

The states allowing ownership of antique slot machines 25 years or
older have been colored in the map below. We would like to encourage all
states to update their laws to allow ownership of any slot machine 25
years or older as a collectible.
