The Governor signed the bill July 23,1981.
Congratulations to all of you
who worked so diligently on the new law.
You proved it can be done.
We have received an interesting piece of information
from Kentucky. This may be a good time
to get some legislation moving.
There are some states remaining nearly silent. Tell us what is happening —
Idaho, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee,
Kentucky, Indiana, Delaware, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, Alaska and
Hawaii. We want to hear from ALL of you!!!
