Steve Cohen went to Governor Hughes' office
on May 12, 1981 for the signing of the bill at 3:00 P.M.
The effective date is July 1, 1981.
There are some states remaining nearly silent. Tell us what is happening -
Idaho, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina,
Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Delaware, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont,
Alaska and Hawaii. We want to hear from ALL of you!
